Terms and Conditions

1. The business training program access will be given for 1 year from the date of joining. No extension will be given under any circumstances
2. They payment made towards the program will be non-refundable under any circumstances
3. The mode of training will be hybrid (Live + recorded) classes. Live mentoring will be given based on Modules completion
4. A total of 5 personal mentoring one on one session will be given to you in the total tenure, which is more than enough to get your business up.
5. Full support on WhatsApp chat throughout the membership & on call mentoring on necessity
6. You need to regularly update your program progress & work to Akash Kulkarni directly on regular basis, this will help us to make sure we make you start earning as early as possible
7. As a training academy, we provide all the necessary skills & ideas to be a profitable business, and this is entirely dependent on the individuals who work towards it. And this part cannot be overlooked, hence company doesn’t guarantee the income from the course.
8. We will guide & assist you in all the possible ways to become a profitable business.
9.  All the course videos are copyrighted under Netzwerk Academy, and anyone found selling this or sharing the course credentials for a non-purchasing person or any platform, company has all the rights to take legal action against you.
10. Registration/Admission to a course is not transferable to any other Individual/entity.
11. Company will use your reviews/images in text and video graphic format to advertise periodically for the company
12. Company mandates you to give video review after you get the placement to get the course completion certificate. This is to ensure credibility of Netzwerk Academy in the market

13. There 3 plans of pricing with different features, all those features will be applicable as per the plan selected, any offers given to you while the admission kindly get those in writing over a mail or WhatsApp message from Akash Kulkarni directly. Without this, the offers told orally does not stand valid.


 

DECLARATION BY THE STUDENT

I have read & understood the above terms and conditions and on (link of terms and condition page) at the time of registration at NETZWERK DATA SCIENCE ACADEMY website and I am aware of the service NETZWERK DATA SCIENCE ACADEMY shall provide to the students. I have also understood that the student’s performance depends on the continuing/participating interest on his/her part, I understand that I am not eligible for any refund to the fee paid. I hereby declare and undertake that I have read and understood the terms and conditions and will strictly adhere to all same time. I further agree that I will fully comply with all decisions made by NETZWERK DATA SCIENCE ACADEMY with regards to the above procedures and understand that the same will not be subject to any review under any circumstances.
