A. I hereby declare that I am undertaking the responsibility & I will not disclose any of the terms discussed over the phone call or messages under any circumstances

B. I have understood everything explained over the call & will abide all the details explained to me
C. I acknowledge, I am taking this service alone & it does not include course or any placement assurance or even assistance

D. I agree that, once the fee is paid, I wont be eligible for any refund or part refunds under any circumstances

E. As explained I will be receiving, offer letter, 3-months salary slips, relieving letter & experience certificate.

F. Any change in the duration of the experience certificate, i am liable to pay the extra amount as mentioned

G. I understand this is 100% non-refundable service for what ever fee I have paid & I will maintain the secrecy of this service
H. I will not forward this form to anyone nor will I forward this link to anyone to maintain the secrecy.

I. I agree that I am liable to pay a penalty of Rs.25lakhs & bear all the legal cost for the company if I break any of the terms mentioned above & I agree to it completely
