DECLARATION TO BE SIGNED BY THE CANDIDATE

A. I hereby declare that I have contacted Team for detailed Job description & procedure to get the job. Upon discussion, I am willing to pay the amount quoted by the team as in parts & in full as per discussion.

B. I am completely aware about the role of job & I am selecting the same after the discussion

C. I am paying the upfront fee charged by the team now & remaining payment as mentioned over the call. It may be 1 day before the joining date or immediately receiving the offer letter as discussed over the phone

D. I agree to maintain the secrecy of the procedure taken & I will not make it public under any circumstances.

E. All the details given to me will be under Non disclosure agreement & I will not disclose the details to anyone. 

F. I agree that, if I am removed from the job for any company violation like Data theft/leak, sexual harassment, privacy breach any other company policy which leads to my job termination, Netzwerk consultants are not responsible & I will not claim any refund in this case of whatever amount I have paid.

G. I am liable to pay a fine Rs.10,00,000 (Ten lakhs) if I fraud the company by leaking the information or breach the non disclosure agreement.

Declaration of the Terms for refund by Netzwerk Consultancy

Netzwerk consultancy will refund 100% of the upfront amount paid to get job, if we fail to get you the offer letter within the specified time. 

However, the candidate may choose to take a refund or choose to take up new opportunity, this is sole decision of the candidate.

In below cases you will not get any refund (upfront amount is taken to make sure you are serious & you don’t change mind in middle of the process)

1. If you decide to discontinue in the middle of the process you will not get any refund.
2. Once the amount is paid, very next moment the payment will be transferred to the respective authorities, hence there wont be refund.

3. If you don’t accept the offer & reject it because of any reason

4. In the cases where, you were fired for your performance, personal problems, fraudulent activities or any such illegal cases or policy violation

of the company or if you resign from the job or take indefinite leave then we
wont entertain any refund/repeating the service in such case. 

There wont be any refund in these
mentioned cases.
