DECLARATION TO BE SIGNED BY THE CANDIDATE

A. I hereby declare that if I am selected for the applied post, I am willing to work either at the headquarters of the company that I get selected or any of its regional offices and can be transferred from one location to another.

B. I hereby declare that the information given by me in the Application is true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and that nothing has been concealed or distorted. If any point of time, I am found to have concealed/distorted any information or given any false statement, my application/appointment shall be summarily rejected/terminated without notice or compensation.

C. I hereby declare that I have understood all the terms and conditions of the training provided in Netzwerk Academy regarding payment of Consultancy Services/Training Services i.e. I will deposit the amount pertaining to the discussion over the call as per plans selected by me into the Bank account of Netzwerk Academy (or by cash) before the joining failing which, my employment can be cancelled with immediate effect.

Plan 1: Rs.12,000 upfront & 10% of the CTC after placements (refundable with dedicated terms & conditions mentioned)

Plan 2: Rs. 6500 & 6.5% of the CTC – Non refundable

Plan 3: Direct referral jobs – In this plan we will give you interviews directly & once you clear it you will be paying 8.33% of the total CTC. We will ensure you the offer letter & joining letter both will be given. 

Terms for refund for Plan1 & Plan2

All the tasks to be done as said by the trainers within the deadline.

Refund amount will be Rs.9,000 out of Rs.12,000 paid as the other Rs.3000 goes to buying some services for you.

If the company fails to provide a minimum 5 interviews within 30 days of the process start date, you will be eligible for refund.

Inform to the Mentor if any Interview, test, call received. 

Taking all interviews that is achieved is a must, cannot miss interviews regardless it is desired post or not, can say no to the offer letter later if needed. 

Should follow deadlines, if any issue can inform us prior.

Terms of refund for Plan3

If the joining is not given & delayed by more than 30 days, refund will be initiated

If you fail to join or change plan to not to join after making the payment refund will NOT be initiated.

You should not communicate the recruiter directly by bypassing us. As the recruiter & our company are bound by client privilege, they will reveal about this to us. You will be facing legal issue if you are found bypassing us & a case fine up to Rs.10 lakhs 

D. I am liable to pay a fine Rs.10,00,000 (Ten lakhs) if I fraud the company by not paying the consultancy service fee which is 8.33% of my CTC after getting selected to a company.

E. If there is any wrongful termination & you loose Job
because of company’s bankruptcy or company’s mass lay off before 2 months of
joining, you will get another chance to opt our service again & get a new job

F. In the cases where, you were fired for your performance,
personal problems, fraudulent activities or any such illegal cases or policy violation
of the company or if you resign from the job or take indefinite leave then we
wont entertain any refund/repeating the service in such case. There wont be any refund in these
mentioned cases.
