Contract Terms and Conditions

The sole intention of making the criterion & keeping terms & conditions are to make sure student takes responsibility to study with utmost seriousness & be serious enough to get a JOB. And these disciplinary points are mandatory to get a Job. At Netzwerk Academy’s high priority is to make sure student gets a Job.

Major note: 

1. We will NOT TAKE any exam and make you fail & loose refund, we will make you work & start placements. 

2. Our motto is not to make you fail, our motto is to make sure you get a job

3. The fee that we are collecting upfront is to make sure you are serious.

Criteria:

1. Complete the course within mentioned time for respective course
   Data Science & Data Analysis : 6 months 
   Software testing : 6-months
   Digital marketing : 5-months
   Python development : 6-months
2. Student should update to the mentor about learning & progress on daily basis.
3. Minimum 52 presentations should be done.
4. Minimum 30 assignments should be done. And the assignments should be done on time as per trainer’s deadlines. Failing to submit the assignment for 3 instances your refund will be cancelled. And your service continues.
5. Minimum 2 unique projects should be done by student throughout the tenure of the course.
6. Must attend all doubts sessions & project sessions. If you are missing due to any work or emergency, you should inform your mentor 2 hours before the session. (80% attendance mandatory)
7. Major projects -2 should be done.
8. Mock interviews- 3 (This is for practice, not eligibility)
9. Upload projects to LinkedIn and tag Netzwerk Academy – 5 projects
10. Attendance in placement classes should be 100%, in case of emergency prior notification to the placement co Ordinator is mandatory, failing which your placements will be suspended for 30 days.
11. Placement team will give information about reports that students has to submit to placement trainer on daily & weekly basis. If the student fails to update this report for 3 times, then this contract will no longer be effective. This point is very important as this report will help us give you dedicated training to get interviews. (You can ask for sample report to the person who has sent this agreement to you)
12. Any misbehavior or vulgar communication and disrespect with any staff member of Netzwerk Academy, your admission & all the deliverables from Netzwerk Academy to you will be cancelled and No refund of your fee or any amount will be given. One time apology is accepted & from 2nd time termination will be applicable.
13. Student must inform about the interviews calls and interviews being attended by the student to the placement co Ordinator, failing which the placement classes and support to the student will be affected.
14. Failing any of the above-mentioned conditions, the contract of placement assistance will be terminated. And no further communication will be entertained.
15. The checklist given by placement should be completed on time & reported to placement co Ordinator.
16. If the student fails in 7 successive interviews, student will not be eligible for any refund. However we will continue placement assistance until you get a job
17. No refund request will be entertained under any circumstances during the period of the contract. 
18. If you decide to quit in the middle for any reason, no refund will be given.

All the above terms & conditions are easily doable & complete within given time. And 2 times excuse is accepted for failing any of the criteria mentioned above. And the counter will be communicated through a formal mail & WhatsApp message. And failure on 3^rd time will terminate this contract of Fees refund with immediate effect & student will no longer have any right to claim refund on the fees. After this student can stay in placement pool and start attending sessions & get interviews as usual.

Refund structure:

• Total fee of the program is Rs. 25,000+GST which incudes 6 months internship certificate or experience certificate as applicable 
• The students would be paying Rs.25,000+GST upfront to get the complete access of the course & placement features.
• The first offer letter from any company is considered as service fulfilled, the student may accept or reject the offer but it will be considered as service completion.
• However if students wishes to reject the offer, we will continue the service for 2 more offers, but the refund option will not be applicable thereafter.
• If the company fails to get a Job or fetch 7interviews within the mentioned time of 3months from the start date of his/her placement sessions, company would be refunding prices mentioned below for each course to the student and the remaining amount is the service fee that company charges from the students for opting the services including live doubts and placement classes is non-refundable.

  All the prices mentioned below are the reference prices, the actual price & refund price will be as communicated while admission timing & the same will be sent over a mail as well

  The below mentioned pricing is for a reference, the actual fee structure & exact amount will be sent over the mail. That will be the final pricing applicable

  Data Science & analysis : Eligible refund : Rs.12,500 
  Digital marketing :Eligible refund : Rs.12,500 
  Python development & Software testing : Eligible refund : Rs.12,500 

• If the student wants to collect the internship certificate or experience certificate even before the placement, the student must sign the agreement of service fulfillment & will no longer be eligible to opt refund
• If the student fails the contract, student will still be getting the placement service from our side & keep getting interviews as usual from our service.
• The prices in the video are for reference only, Prices mentioned above in this section are exact final figures
