NETZWERK ACADEMY

1. Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.

2. The course is accessible for 1 year from the date of purchase and under no circumstance it will be extended.

3. Company will not entertain any request for refund or extensions in the validity of the courses at Netzwerk Academy.

5. All the course videos are copyrighted under Netzwerk Academy, and anyone found selling this or sharing the course credentials for a non-purchasing person or any platform, company has all the rights to take legal action against you.

6. Registration/Admission to a course is not transferable to any other Individual/entity.

7. Students has no entitlement to provide, sell or loan any material, assets, workbooks, notes etc., provided to him, to a third party. The copyright of NETZWERK DATA SCIENCE ACADEMY ’s Tests and Study Material remains with NETZWERK DATA SCIENCE ACADEMY and may not be quoted of reviewed without explicit permission from NETZWERK DATA SCIENCE ACADEMY.

8. Company will use your reviews/images in text and video graphic format to advertise periodically for the company

9. Company mandates you to give video review after you get the placement to get the course completion certificate. This is to ensure credibility of Netzwerk Academy in the market

Placement assistance

Company provides placement assistance services through its partnered channels and companies. No guarantee for placement is given for any student. If No requirements from any of our partners, then we will guide to hunt job through online job portals.
The fee that you are paying is for the course & all the features of program, this fee doesn’t include placement fee. The placement fee will be collected after we place you. i.e., one month salary of your package.
Any student rejecting any job offer provided by Netzwerk Academy’s talent pool/partner companies and references, will no longer be provided with any further interviews.
You have to stay in the Talent pool and we will share the links to apply for jobs, it’s your sole responsibility to follow up with company where you applied.
As a training Academy, we look for all our students equally and provide equal opportunities in the field. As placement assistance service is complementary with the course, and we are not giving any surety for placements.
If you don’t follow company’s policy and break any of the rules, then company has all the rights to suspend you from access to learning portal any time without prior notice.
Any malpractice or misbehaviour with any of the company staff or management company has all the rights to take legal action against you.
NETZWERK DATA SCIENCE ACADEMY may levy suitable penalty or fine on student including cancellation of registration for violation of the above guidelines.
All the placement sessions will be live, online and interactive, Netzwerk Academy will not provide any recorded videos/sessions or any study materials to any student.
Student should inform prior to the respective placement trainer or Netzwerk Support person if he/she is missing any session on any day. Failing which you must wait for the same class until next batch. If you fail to inform us and miss the session, then you won’t get the session again.

Eligibility to start placements.

1. Minimum 35 presentations should be done.

2. Minimum 10 projects on GitHub and LinkedIn with tagging

3. Internship project & its report submission.

Students’ learning process & rules

1. Should update to mentor daily

2. Weekly minimum 3 presentations should be done and recording should be sent to mentor

3. Must attend all doubts sessions & project sessions. If you are missing due to any work, you should inform your mentor 4 hours before the session.

4. Upload projects to LinkedIn and tag Netzwerk Academy and 3 other people mandatory

Terms and conditions for pay after placement

Our intention behind making These terms & conditions ensure that the students get a job at the right time and maintain a discipline with academy.

1. Students enroll by paying Rs. 34,999(non-refundable) for pay after placement and gets the access to recorded lectures, weekly live doubt sessions, project classes and internship with Netzwerk Academy(20,000).
2. Student must finish the course within stipulated time to utilise the opportunity properly
a. Data science – 120 days
b. Python & Full stack – 90
c. Software testing – 75 days
3. Failing above duration might delay the placements of the student.
4. Once the classes are done, student will start with live placement classes where the actual placements & interview process will start
5. Attendance in placement classes should be 100%, in case of emergency prior notification to the placement co Ordinator is mandatory, failing which your placements will be suspended for 30 days
6. Any misbehavior or vulgar communication and disrespect with any staff member of Netzwerk Academy, your admission & all the deliverables from Netzwerk Academy to you will be cancelled and No refund of your fee or any amount will be given. One time apology is accepted & from 2nd time termination will be applicable.
7. The internship certificate will be issued to the student after making the complete payment (Rs. 24,999) of remaining payment communicated via welcome mail. No internship certificate will be provided with upfront payment only.
8. With upfront payment, students will get course completion certificate. Microsoft certification exam training will be given to the candidates, candidates must pay the exam amount & register & write the exam & clear it. Netzwerk Academy will only provide the training for the exam.
9. This Placement assistance until you get a job and student must have to be patient in the process until you get the job, Academy’s high priority is to get you a job.
10. Student must inform about the interviews calls and interviews being attended by the student to the placement co Ordinator, failing which the placement classes and support to the student will be affected.

Once a students gets placed he/she must pay after placement amount as per commitment, failing or not informing about the same will lead to legal action by the company. Company has the right to sue you for a compensation of Rs.10,00,000 (Ten lakhs) & proceed with legal process.

11. Failing any of the above-mentioned conditions, the contract of placement assistance will be terminated. And no further communication will be entertained.
I have read & understood the above terms and conditions at the time of registration with NETZWERK DATA SCIENCE ACADEMY on their website and I am aware of the service NETZWERK DATA SCIENCE ACADEMY shall provide to the students. I have also understood that the student’s performance depends on the continuing/participating interest on his/her part, I understand that I am not eligible for any refund of the fee paid. I hereby declare and undertake that I have read and understood the terms and conditions and will strictly adhere to them at all same time. I further agree that I will fully comply with all decisions made by NETZWERK DATA SCIENCE ACADEMY with regards to the above procedures and understand that the same will not be subject to any review under any circumstances.

REFUNDS

REFUNDS are not allowed for any Batch. No refunds-request will be entertained, what-so-ever circumstances may be.
Fees once paid shall be fully forfeited. Student cannot claim any amount even if he/ she wishes to discontinue with a batch.

DECLARATION BY THE STUDENT

I have read & understood the above terms and conditions and on (link of terms and condition page) at the time of registration at NETZWERK DATA SCIENCE ACADEMY website and I am aware of the service NETZWERK DATA SCIENCE ACADEMY shall provide to the students. I have also understood that the student’s performance depends on the continuing/participating interest on his/her part, I understand that I am not eligible for any refund to the fee paid. I hereby declare and undertake that I have read and understood the terms and conditions and will strictly adhere to all same time. I further agree that I will fully comply with all decisions made by NETZWERK DATA SCIENCE ACADEMY with regards to the above procedures and understand that the same will not be subject to any review under any circumstances.

DECLARATION TO BE SIGNED BY THE CANDIDATE FOR PAY AFTER PLACEMENTS

A. I hereby declare that if I am selected for the applied post, I am willing to work either at the headquarters of the company that I get selected or any of its regional offices and can be transferred from one location to another.

B. I hereby declare that the information given by me in the Application is true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and that nothing has been concealed or distorted. If any point of time, I am found to have concealed/distorted any information or given any false statement, my application/appointment shall be summarily rejected/terminated without notice or compensation.

C. I hereby declare that I have understood all the terms and conditions of the training provided in Netzwerk Academy regarding payment of Consultancy Services/Training Services i.e. I will deposit the amount pertaining to one month of CTC (Cost to Company)/Gross salary offered by the employer or 8.33 per cent of the Annual Offered CTC into the Bank account of Netzwerk Academy (or by cash) before the joining failing which, my employment can be cancelled with immediate effect.

D. I am liable to pay a fine Rs.10,00,000 (Ten lakhs) if I fraud the company by not paying the consultancy service fee which is 8.33% of my CTC after getting selected to a company.

E. If you are under Pay after placement program from Netzwerk Academy, then you have to make the payment of amount discussed to pay after placement during the time of your enrollment not the One month salary.

F. If there is any wrongful termination & you loose Job
because of company’s bankruptcy or company’s mass lay off before 4 months of
joining, you will get a full refund of the payment you made to the company.

In the cases where, you were fired for your performance,
personal problems, fraudulent activities or any such illegal cases or policy violation
of the company or if you resign from the job or take indefinite leave then we
wont entertain any refund in such case. There wont be any refund in these
mentioned cases.
